City Secretary

Ms. Ashworth was appointed Interim City Secretary on June 8, 2019. Ms. Ashworth comes to the City of Elkhart with a wealth of knowledge, and is committed to refocusing the City on what matters most to City taxpayers, transparency. Ms. Ashworth serves as the City’s Records Retention and Management Officer, and also serves as the Chief Election Official for local campaigns.
