Sanitation & Recycling

The City of Elkhart contracts solid waste collection and recycling with Live Oak Waste Company. Everyone within the city limits is required to have garbage collection.

When bundled and/or contained properly, most trash and debris can be disposed of at the curbside with your regular garbage service days.

Please get in touch with City Hall for any questions on trash or recycling at 903-764-5657 EXT 4.
